Introduction

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern your use of the text messaging services provided by Legacy Carts ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from Legacy Carts, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Consent and Opt-In

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on any Legacy Carts form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from us at the phone number provided. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device associated with the phone number submitted and that you are authorized to approve any applicable charges.

Types of Messages

Transactional Messages: If you consent to transactional messages, you may receive texts related to your account, appointments, warranty requests, order confirmations, service updates, and other communications related to your interactions with Legacy Carts.

Marketing Messages: If you separately consent to marketing messages, you may receive texts containing promotional offers, discounts, new product information, and other marketing content.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, appointment status, and preferences. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on your service requests. Marketing messages, if opted in, may be sent periodically.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Legacy Carts does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying ST OP to any message you receive from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. If you opt out of marketing messages, you may still receive transactional messages if you have a pending service request or appointment, unless you opt out of those separately.

Privacy

Your phone number and any information collected through our SMS program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Carrier Disclaimer

Legacy Carts is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
